Building Controls & Solutions is committed to providing high-quality HVAC and building automation components, offering a 30-day window for returns on most unused, standard stock items. All returns must be in original packaging and are subject to inspection and manufacturer-specific restocking fees.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and cables are included to avoid credit deductions.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the outside of your shipping box with the provided RMA number and send the package to the designated regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
